What The Housemates Said At The Opening Day

Some of the Housemates promised to be good during their stay in the House, while others did not want to make any promises they’re not prepared to keep.

The articulate Zeus from Botswana walked in and professed that he’s far from being a diva, and how much of a people’s person he is. He also kicked a little Big Brother freestyle.

The “annoy proof” Kim from Zambia confessed she will be her “lovely self” in the House and will strive for nothing but happiness.

Millicent, representing Kenya, revealed her policy: “I don't like liars and I don’t mind using others to get what I want,” which naturally prompted finger snapping and eye rolling from the other Housemates who were on the stage.

Nkuli from South Africa, walked onto the stage and had a lot to share about how she’d like to be treated by an African man.

Confidence from Ghana was straight to the point, when she revealed how she wants to have fun in the House, doesn't like taking instructions but prefers to dish them out. “I will try my best to take instructions though,” she claimed.

When asked whether he would play dirty or not, Jossy from Namibia played it coy, stating “we will have to wait and see”.

Bhoke from Tanzania on the other hand was candid and revealed she would not be afraid to “tell it like it is”.

Wendall, representing Zimbabwe, professed how he is the kind of guy that takes fun to another level and Africa will be entertained by him.
