Head Of House: Danny, the Kingmaker

Over and above of being assured of his stay in the Tails House for one more week, Danny has the unenviable position of Head of House, that inncludes the responsibility of saving one Housemate and replacing them with another during the Nomination show, on Monday evening 20:00 CAT.

Danny can decide to leave the nominees as they are, but he may also act differently. Danny had one Nomination and, in most likelihood, he won’t be up for Eviction.

In that case, he would have to decide who to save amoung the Tailsmates that are likely to face the chop. Ernest and Luclay had six and five nominations respectively, followed by Bhoke with three. Miss P becomes a factor in this equation, because she was Danny’s original Nomination, together with Ernest.

Ernest and Bhoke have warm relations; Bhoke even confided in him with her dissatisfaction of Luclay’s behaviour on Friday night, when Luclay moved the ping pong table upstairs to the bedroom, as Ernest and Bhoke were preparing to sleep, and had all the other Tailsmates join in the fun and games.

There are endless permutations as to how Danny could save and replace. One way would be to leave things as they are announced tonight by Big Brother, while the other would be to stick with his original Nominations of Miss P and Ernest. Otherwise, he can decide to change his mind and do something that would throw us all off track.

Confidence Haugen, Ghana’s female representative evicted from Big Brother Africa Amplified contest, yesterday denied reports that she went nude during her stay in the Big Brother House. Though what appears to be a photograph of her being nude featured on the front pages of several Ghanaian newspapers, Confidence told a packed news conference at the Golden Tulip Hotel that she never ever showed her nudeness. “I did not go nude and what went on in the House was not a sexual thing, just hilarious.
